Casi me muero. En 2015 mi esposa me recomend\u00f3 al mejor coach, Rub\u00e9n Ordo\u00f1ez, y termin\u00e9 en 3:33:03 con una sonrisa. Basta con escucharla unos minutos para volver a m\u00ed, para reencontrar mi mejor versi\u00f3n, la que subsiste en el fondo a pesar de todo. Desde que la conoc\u00ed, har\u00e1n 15 a\u00f1os, pens\u00e9 que mucha m\u00e1s gente deb\u00eda saber de ella, pero jam\u00e1s imagin\u00e9 que ser\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de un diario de circulaci\u00f3n nacional. As\u00ed de extra\u00f1a es de repente la existencia, y es justo algo que ella nos explicaba: hablaba de los misterios, de los milagros, de la magia.<\/p>\n<p>Llegu\u00e9 aquella vez a su peque\u00f1o sal\u00f3n, invitado por mi madre, y me tend\u00ed en el suelo sobre un colch\u00f3n delgado junto a otras personas. Entonces se acerc\u00f3, me cubri\u00f3 con una manta, me dio la bienvenida y me dijo: \u201cNo es una casualidad que hoy est\u00e9s aqu\u00ed\u201d. Enseguida me sumerg\u00ed en la m\u00fasica: olas suaves, grabaciones de cascadas, sonidos de chicharras y aves, arpas, chelos, viento, campanas. Encima su voz, haci\u00e9ndonos imaginar que viaj\u00e1bamos a trav\u00e9s de esos r\u00edos sonoros en barcas seguras que nos llevaban al otro lado de las cosas, donde la perspectiva es m\u00e1s clara, a muelles firmes, a puertos de paz. Volaba por el cielo, daba saltos en las estrellas en sus clases de musicoterapia.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Si un d\u00eda encuentran un coach as\u00ed, que les haga creer que pueden bajar sus tiempos, subir a un podio, que cuando salgan de sus entrenamiento se sientan capaces de ganar, de levantarse y de volver a intentarlo, no lo suelten.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTen\u00edamos que conocernos, ya nos conoc\u00edamos\u201d, me dijo en secreto, en cuclillas, al final de mi primera sesi\u00f3n mientras yo permanec\u00eda acostado sin salir a\u00fan del trance. Y prosigui\u00f3: \u201cBrsbujufuhatu, abrntn, trtshubresauiat\u201d. No entend\u00ed qu\u00e9 me dijo, pero lo sab\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Un coach dirige, orienta y acompa\u00f1a para que nosotros encontremos nuestra vibraci\u00f3n \u00fanica, porque somos un instrumento y poseemos un sonido exclusivo. Somos m\u00fasica y vivimos para descubrir la armon\u00eda, para sintonizar con nosotros mismos y hacer sincron\u00eda con la orquesta del Universo.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mi maestra me ense\u00f1\u00f3 a hablar de la vida, a conversar de lo trascendente, a establecer la sagrada comunicaci\u00f3n.
