Es como el entrenamiento para los 42 kms, hay que levantarse temprano durante cuatro meses para ponerse en forma. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Yo ya hab\u00eda ahorrado y entrenado, estaba listo y\u2026 cambio de planes. Tras una carrera de preparaci\u00f3n me lesion\u00e9 y la desesperaci\u00f3n de parar y perder entrenamientos me llev\u00f3 con un masajista-milagro: \u201cTe quita todo\u201d, me asegur\u00f3 quien me lo recomend\u00f3. Y s\u00ed, hasta la ilusi\u00f3n de ir a Par\u00eds y correr en menos de tres quince. Ya ten\u00eda yo algo, s\u00ed, pero ah\u00ed me despedaz\u00f3 el disco.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Tiempo atr\u00e1s mi padre sufri\u00f3 cinco cirug\u00edas de columna mal practicadas y, con eso de que las historias se llevan en la sangre y se repiten, no sab\u00eda qu\u00e9 iba a pasarme; la mente es cabrona\u2026 Por eso hay que usarla en positivo, como dice Joe Dispenza, cuya columna result\u00f3 destrozada al ser atropellado en un triatl\u00f3n. Su inminente cirug\u00eda implicaba implantarle unas barras y no volver a caminar bien, pero contra las advertencias de sus m\u00e9dicos pidi\u00f3 que lo trasladaran a su casa, donde los siguientes meses se dedic\u00f3 a reconstruir su columna con el pensamiento. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">A m\u00ed tampoco me operaron. Despu\u00e9s de leer su historia, decid\u00ed que me recuperar\u00eda por completo y, desde entonces, comenc\u00e9 a imaginar c\u00f3mo mi columna se regeneraba (y lo sigo haciendo). Recog\u00ed el m\u00edo para guardarlo como un recuerdo. De ah\u00ed fuimos a un parque a que trotara, yo di un par de vueltas caminando, hasta que a la tercera no resist\u00ed y comenc\u00e9 a correr lento. Me sent\u00eda demasiado bien. El d\u00eda siguiente hice lo mismo y la noche previa al marat\u00f3n quise ver c\u00f3mo lucir\u00eda el n\u00famero en mi camiseta. Me di unas palmadas en las piernas, sacud\u00ed mis condicionamientos y pens\u00e9: \u00abEstoy en Par\u00eds, puedo venir cuando quiera, as\u00ed tenga tres hijos o los que sean; voy a correr, rompo en pedacitos el diagn\u00f3stico del doctor y me reconstruyo aqu\u00ed y ahora, a cada paso que doy. Estoy bien\u00bb. Enseguida, no s\u00e9 si fui yo, pero mi propia voz silenciosa respondi\u00f3: \u00abNo es cosa de hacerse a la idea, es cuesti\u00f3n de crear con la mente\u00bb, y entonces sent\u00ed por todo mi cuerpo y m\u00e1s adentro la certeza de que los genes y las historias se curan con amor y sue\u00f1os, porque estamos hechos para cambiar.
