Vas. Gracias"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Llevo muchos a\u00f1os saliendo a correr de manera habitual. Quiz\u00e1s veinte. Durante todo este tiempo he saludado infinidad de personas que se atraviesan a mi paso por las calles. Unas me devuelven el saludo con una sonrisa \u2014incluso, a veces, se me anticipan\u2014, otras no dicen nada, algunas no escuchan aunque no traigan aud\u00edfonos y hay hasta las que se voltean ofendidas.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando dos miradas se cruzan, lo natural es que surja un \u201chola\u201d. Pero nos hemos vuelto algo artificiales. Y, tal vez, demasiado tecnol\u00f3gicos. Con mayor frecuencia, si no vamos absortos en el celular, mejor esquivamos los ojos que se fijan en nosotros, con tal de no establecer contacto visual. Esa tendencia a buscar la mirada de los otros se ha perdido y, si no hay miradas compartidas, que es lo primero que nos une, nos desconectamos.<\/p>\n<p>A lo mejor es lo que tendr\u00edamos que empezar a hacer como sociedad: vernos a los ojos, aunque sea un instante para reconocernos, y decirnos \u201chola\u201d. Estamos tan confrontados que necesitamos volver a comenzar por lo m\u00e1s b\u00e1sico. Dif\u00edcilmente evolucionaremos viendo pantallas (a no ser que proyecten pel\u00edculas de Guillermo del Toro), pero s\u00ed mir\u00e1ndonos a los ojos. Puede que haya mucho m\u00e1s magia en el encuentro de dos miradas que en todo el buscador de Google.<\/p>\n<p>Entre corredores ese fen\u00f3meno suele ser inverso y podemos presumir que somos una gran familia. Puede ir uno corriendo de un lado de la avenida y otro en el contrario y, casi seguro, uno de los dos levantar\u00e1 la mano y el segundo le corresponder\u00e1 enseguida. Por m\u00e1s trivial que suene, hacer contacto visual con un extra\u00f1o puede ser extraordinariamente emocionante. Lo mismo que decirle \u201cHola\u201d. O \u201cVas\u201d, cuando detr\u00e1s del volante del coche le cedes el paso a un peat\u00f3n (corredor o no) y \u00e9ste reacciona con una leve inclinaci\u00f3n de la cabeza y un \u201cGracias\u201d mientras te mira a los ojos a trav\u00e9s del parabrisas. No hace falta una guerra o un temblor o un cataclismo pol\u00edtico para que nos unamos, en el cruce de dos calles podemos reconciliarnos y sentir un poco de amor.<\/p>\n<p>El Ho\u2019oponopono es una t\u00e9cnica hawaiana de reconciliaci\u00f3n individual y colectiva que consiste en dirigir a los dem\u00e1s o a nosotros mismos las siguientes palabras: \u201cLo siento. Perd\u00f3n. Te amo. Gracias\u201d. Posiblemente aqu\u00ed por ahora nos sirva: \u201cHola. Vas.
