Esta ma\u00f1ana, mientras corr\u00eda, escuch\u00e9 una frase en la que nunca me hab\u00eda detenido.<\/div>\n

\u2014Nadie est\u00e1 obligado a lo imposible \u2014le dijo entre jadeos un hombre a una mujer conforme corr\u00edan junto a m\u00ed y cuyos rostros no alcanc\u00e9 a distinguir pues todav\u00eda no amanec\u00eda\u2014. \u00a1Es uno de los principios del Derecho, un fundamento supremo de la ley! \u2014agreg\u00f3 con cierta exasperaci\u00f3n aqu\u00e9l ante el silencio de ella.<\/p>\n

Desde hace algunas semanas adelant\u00e9 mi horario de correr y ahora empiezo a las seis en punto de la ma\u00f1ana en medio de una oscuridad que, ir\u00f3nicamente, me ayuda a vislumbrar muchas cosas. Antes sal\u00eda a eso de las 7:30, ya que les daba un beso a mis tres hijos cuando se sub\u00edan al bus de la escuela, pero regresaba tarde a mi casa y, entre la estirada, las lagartijas, la regadera y el desayuno, llegaba a la oficina cuando sientes que el mundo ya te lleva cierta ventaja.<\/p>\n

Correr a oscuras es muy especial. Tengo la fortuna de vivir cerca de los Viveros de Coyoac\u00e1n y desde que pongo un pie fuera de mi puerta el cielo negro y sus estrellas me absorben. A veces alcanzo a ver todav\u00eda la Luna. A esas horas, en esos momentos, sin ruido alguno y en medio de tal soledad, se vuelve todav\u00eda m\u00e1s enigm\u00e1tica. Cuando la descubro all\u00e1 arriba con su brillo, me concentro en ella, invoco sus poderes, mentalmente me ba\u00f1o de sus rayos y le digo: \u201cLl\u00e9name de posibilidades, de magia y alumbra todos estos sue\u00f1os m\u00edos, enci\u00e9ndelos y siempre ilum\u00edname\u201d. Con el Sol no me sucede as\u00ed.<\/p>\n

El camino est\u00e1 m\u00e1s o menos bien iluminado, aunque en algunos puntos los faroles est\u00e1n fundidos y es mejor tener cuidado porque proliferan las ra\u00edces de \u00e1rboles y hay zonas con grava y peque\u00f1as rocas sueltas. Hace unos d\u00edas tropec\u00e9 con una, hac\u00edan a\u00f1os que no me ca\u00eda. Las ca\u00eddas pueden provocar ganas de re\u00edr o de llorar. Esa ma\u00f1ana sent\u00ed un poco de las dos. Me qued\u00e9 tirado unos instantes, en la tierra, asimilando el madrazo. Segundos despu\u00e9s me par\u00e9, segu\u00ed con m\u00e1s precauci\u00f3n y con un ardor terrible en las palmas de las manos, llenas de piedritas enterradas y un poco de sangre.<\/p>\n

Al llegar a los Viveros la oscuridad se hace a\u00fan m\u00e1s espesa, los \u00e1rboles succionan cualquier \u00a0resplandor y con trabajos alcanzas a distinguir tus tenis. Durante todo el circuito no hay un solo foco a diferencia de otras pistas, lo que a m\u00ed parecer lo hace especial. Puedes tener dos pasos adelante a alguien y no distinguirlo sino hasta casi chocar. Hay que avanzar con cautela y a la vez con absoluta confianza, entregado a la ruta. Es de alguna forma conmovedor descubrir a tanta gente inmersa en s\u00ed misma en esa oscuridad tan contundente. A veces me pregunto si los dem\u00e1s pensar\u00e1n lo mismo, o qu\u00e9 pensar\u00e1n, o si compartir\u00e1n la emoci\u00f3n o esa conexi\u00f3n m\u00edstica que a m\u00ed me llena de energ\u00eda y, no s\u00e9 por qu\u00e9, de esperanza.<\/p>\n

A esas horas podr\u00edas correr pr\u00e1cticamente con los ojos cerrados y dar\u00eda igual, finalmente a los otros corredores m\u00e1s bien los detectas por los sonidos. Es incre\u00edble como se aguzan los sentidos seg\u00fan los escenarios. La vida, ante determinadas circunstancias, te obliga a ser m\u00e1s perspicaz, a desarrollar el o\u00eddo, el tacto, la intuici\u00f3n y, por supuesto, la confianza, en uno mismo y en la vida, en el Universo.<\/p>\n

Yo soy la luz.
\nYo soy la claridad.
\nYo soy la transparencia.
\nYo soy la iluminaci\u00f3n.
\nYo soy la luminosidad.
\nYo soy el brillo.
\nYo soy la intensidad.
\nYo soy el faro.
\nYo soy el rumbo.
\nYo soy mi destino.
\nYo soy mi estrella.
\nYo soy la chispa divina.
\nYo soy la llama eterna.<\/p>\n

Mi rezo reverbera en mi interior a cada zancada, es parte de mi plegaria, de mi culto al amanecer.<\/p>\n

\u201cNadie est\u00e1 obligado a lo imposible\u201d asever\u00f3 aquel hombre con semejante contundencia que me sac\u00f3 de mis profundidades y sub\u00ed a mi mente. \u201c\u00bfNadie est\u00e1 obligado a lo imposible?\u201d, me pregunt\u00e9. Hab\u00eda escuchado cientos de veces aquella frase, sobre todo cuando practicaba el Derecho y ejerc\u00eda como abogado, incluso la alegu\u00e9 varias veces en mi defensa. \u201cNadie est\u00e1 obligado a lo imposible\u201d. Claro que desconozco el contexto en que la cit\u00f3, pero el impacto de tal afirmaci\u00f3n me cimbr\u00f3.<\/p>\n

\u201cTodos estamos obligados a lo imposible\u201d, me respond\u00ed. Si no todo esto no tendr\u00eda sentido, la vida no tendr\u00eda caso alguno. Ser\u00eda est\u00fapido venir aqu\u00ed a no hacer nada m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de nuestros propios confines, a limitarse a lo permitido, a nunca conocer qu\u00e9 hay del otro lado de las barreras, a permanecer dentro de nuestra frontera y a quedarnos con la curiosidad mortal de conocer ese mundo aparentemente tan lejano con el que so\u00f1amos. Rompamos las leyes, destruyamos los paradigmas, demolamos estructuras, contravengamos dichos y echemos abajo nuestros propios r\u00e9cords. Vamos a hacer cosas imposibles.<\/p>\n

Enseguida apresur\u00e9 mi ritmo, di una vuelta m\u00e1s a los Viveros y continu\u00e9 a toda velocidad de regreso a mi casa en un intento por bajar mi marca personal y, sobre todo, para alcanzar a mis hijos y darles un beso antes de que se subieran al cami\u00f3n amarillo de la escuela.<\/p>\n
