\u00bfA d\u00f3nde ser\u00e1 que nos va a llevar el 2026<\/strong>? \u00bfO a d\u00f3nde ser\u00e1, m\u00e1s bien, que lo vamos a llevar nosotros?
\nDe pronto pareciera como si el a\u00f1o nuevo se tratara de una ola gigantesca capaz de arrastrar todo a su paso, algo as\u00ed como La gran ola de Kanagawa<\/strong><\/em>, famosa estampa que data de 1830, del pintor japon\u00e9s Katsushika Hokusai<\/strong>. Basta con salir de casa y preguntarle a conocidos y extra\u00f1os qu\u00e9 esperan del a\u00f1o que reci\u00e9n comienza. Todos, o si no una aplastante mayor\u00eda, responder\u00e1n que esperan que les vaya bien, aunque, si ponemos atenci\u00f3n, de sus profundidades surgir\u00e1 la duda.<\/p>\n

\u201cPues vamos a ver qu\u00e9 pasa, no se ve f\u00e1cil el a\u00f1o\u201d, escuch\u00e9 decir a un corredor que comentaba con su grupo a paso de trote en el circuito de costumbre. \u201cH\u00edjole, est\u00e1 complicada la cosa, todo pinta muy incierto\u201d, agreg\u00f3 otra corredora y hasta sac\u00f3 el aire que le quedaba dentro.<\/p>\n

Qui\u00e9n no ha tenido esa sensaci\u00f3n. A la distancia, cuando apenas comienza a formarse y empieza a dejarse ver, el nuevo a\u00f1o puede parecer amenazador, dispuesto a convertirse en una enorme ola con serias posibilidades de revolcarnos. No es raro que nos invada la desconfianza y sintamos la falta de aire, cierta angustia.<\/p>\n

Cuando corro suelo repetir un mantra personal que me fui inventando poco a poco hace a\u00f1os. Entre las afirmaciones que lo componen, me repito estas l\u00edneas: \u201cYo soy la corriente mayor (de energ\u00eda). Yo soy el caudal supremo. Yo soy el cauce superior. Yo soy la fuente\u201d<\/em>. Me ayuda a volver a m\u00ed mismo en el mar de dudas, me sirve como un ancla que me mantiene cierto en medio de las incesantes corrientes.<\/p>\n

El miedo al a\u00f1o nuevo, que no es una gran ola, se quita tomando una respiraci\u00f3n profunda y entrando de lleno a su primer d\u00eda y luego al siguiente. Se trata de hacer sumersiones, bucitos que nos acostumbren a su frescura, hasta fluir. Conviene tambi\u00e9n tener una hoja de ruta que nos conduzca, escribir las intenciones y los deseos y, si es necesario, comprar unos binoculares para no perderlos de vista y perseguirlos.<\/p>\n

Tome aire, salga a correr y del\u00e9itese, aproveche que el 2026 todav\u00eda no tiene forma y recuerde que para tener un a\u00f1o redondo es recomendable no ser tan cuadrado.<\/p>\n
