Bueno, la verdad es que acababan de darme una patada en el trasero en mi trabajo. Me pas\u00f3 como a Walter Mitty (una de mis pel\u00edculas favoritas), cuando los malos toman control de la revista donde trabaja y, por las puras \u00ednfulas, lo despiden a \u00e9l y a sus amigos. As\u00ed abr\u00ed mi agencia de <i>storytelling<\/i>, sin oficina, en un peque\u00f1o escritorio de mi casa, con cero clientes, tres hijos y ox\u00edgeno para unos meses.<\/p>\n<p>Una ma\u00f1ana, mientras le\u00eda en el peri\u00f3dico sobre la posibilidad de que las Chivas descendieran a segunda, sent\u00ed el impulso de buscar a su due\u00f1o, a Jorge Vergara, tambi\u00e9n propietario de Omnilife, empresa dedicada a los suplementos nutricionales. La afici\u00f3n estaba harta, los seguidores criticaban a Jorge, el equipo perd\u00eda y no se ve\u00eda salida a una de las peores crisis del Reba\u00f1o Sagrado.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fjkoloffon.com\/anotaciones\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Captura-de-pantalla-2019-11-23-a-las-1.43.49-p.m..png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1450 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/fjkoloffon.com\/anotaciones\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Captura-de-pantalla-2019-11-23-a-las-1.43.49-p.m.-763x1024.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"758\" height=\"1017\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fjkoloffon.com\/anotaciones\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Captura-de-pantalla-2019-11-23-a-las-1.43.49-p.m.-763x1024.png 763w, https:\/\/fjkoloffon.com\/anotaciones\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Captura-de-pantalla-2019-11-23-a-las-1.43.49-p.m.-224x300.png 224w, https:\/\/fjkoloffon.com\/anotaciones\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Captura-de-pantalla-2019-11-23-a-las-1.43.49-p.m.-768x1031.png 768w, https:\/\/fjkoloffon.com\/anotaciones\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Captura-de-pantalla-2019-11-23-a-las-1.43.49-p.m..png 1082w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 758px) 100vw, 758px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Quer\u00eda decirle que, a mi parecer, necesitaba reconciliar al p\u00fablico y hacer creer nuevamente a jugadores, directivos y fan\u00e1ticos, a pesar de todo. \u201cJorge, cuando los resultados no se dan, para eso est\u00e1 la comunicaci\u00f3n, para cambiar la narrativa, para hacer recordar los goles y traer de vuelta sensaciones positivas que nos permitan recordar que hemos sido capaces\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Escrib\u00ed el mensaje. En unas cuantas l\u00edneas le cont\u00e9 qui\u00e9n era y por qu\u00e9 lo buscaba. Despu\u00e9s busqu\u00e9 su cuenta de correo electr\u00f3nico, y nada. Pero encontr\u00e9 varios mails de distintos colaboradores de Omnilife, los cuales se compon\u00edan del nombre propio y de la primera letra del apellido. Supuse entonces que la suya deb\u00eda ser <a href=\"mailto:jorgev@omnilife.com\">jorgev@omnilife.com<\/a> y lanc\u00e9 el dardo.<\/p>\n<p>Al poco rato, para mi sorpresa, me contest\u00f3: \u201cTe espero el lunes en mi oficina. Copio a Sara para que se coordinen\u201d. Acab\u00f3 de atender varias videollamadas para dar la bienvenida a nuevos empresarios de la red, para explicar el efecto de los suplementos y para el tema de la distribuci\u00f3n. Toc\u00f3 mi turno, se quit\u00f3 los auriculares, puso el tel\u00e9fono boca abajo en su grand\u00edsimo escritorio y le expuse mi idea. Le gust\u00f3. No me pidi\u00f3 credenciales ni se preocup\u00f3 por mi experiencia. Simplemente me pregunt\u00f3 el precio y si saldr\u00eda bien. Hicimos una campa\u00f1a muy emotiva, las m\u00e1s simb\u00f3lica de mi vida.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\u00a1Vamos, Chivas!\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/185098386?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"758\" height=\"426\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write; encrypted-media\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Todos podemos abrir las puertas de las personas. En mi caso, a veces lo consigo escribiendo correos electr\u00f3nicos (ja). \u00c9l lo hac\u00eda logrando que la gente confiara en s\u00ed misma, y quiz\u00e1 por eso crey\u00f3 en mi propuesta.
